Food & Beverage Service: 1 Day Certificate $125pp
This fantastic 1-day crash course takes you through the basics of food and beverage service to give you the skills necessary to work in the ever-growing Hospitality Industry. The course covers: Uniform/grooming, types of venues, tray service, wine service, plate carrying, function workflow, table setting and order taking. Use this course to prepare yourself for a job in restaurants, cafes, function centres and conventions.

OH&S Construction Green Card: 1 Day Certificate $100 (City) & $100 (Parramatta & Brookvale)
To obtain a job on a building site in NSW it is a requirement that everyone holds a current Occupational Health & Safety Certificate, or "Green Card" as it is known in the Industry. If construction is your industry, this is the course for you. The course covers: Emergencies and injury management, OH&S responsibilities at the workplace, identification, assessment and control of hazards, overview of industry legislation and lots more.

Responsible Service of Alcohol: 1 Day Certificate $85pp (City, Brookvale & Parramatta)
To work in the hospitality industry in Australia, it is essential to hold this certificate to serve alcohol. This one day course will certify you to work in New South Wales. This unit deals with the skills and knowledge requirements for responsible service of alcohol under State/Territory legislation. All staff involved in the service of alcohol should complete this unit. The course involves both Theory & Written assessment. Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive a statement of attainment as part of certificate 2 in hospitality operations.
