Paul Osborne is the owner and operator of Paul's Parachuting Cairns and Mission Beach in Tropical North Queensland, Australia.
Paul is a highly dedicated and experienced professional who has contributed significantly to the Australian skydiving industry and has a personal jump history of over 9,500 skydives.
